FAYETTE — Services for Dwight Eisenhower “Ike” Perkins, 50, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Israel Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Travel Rest Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Perkins was born Nov. 5, 1960, in Jefferson County, the son of Trimming and Lenora Perkins.

He was preceded in death by his father; one son; one nephew; and two uncles.

Survivors include two children, Stacey Thomas and Antonia Thomas, both of Fayette; his mother of Fayette; three sisters, Lucinda Williams, Gloria Williams and Percola Perkins, all of Fayette; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
