NATCHEZ — Services for Joe Frank Bailey, 64, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church in Fayette.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home, 676 Highway 61 North.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

Survivors include one daughter, Rana Payne; one sister, Linda Marshall and husband, George, all of Natchez; and four brothers, Hubert Bailey and wife, Dorothy, of Baton Rouge, Neil Bailey and wife, Aretha, of Port Allen, La., Clarence Bailey and wife, Jackie, of Fayette and Jessie Bailey of Jackson.
