NATCHEZ — Services for Miley Alexis Polk, who died Nov. 29, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Young’s Funeral Home in with Bro. Bobby Ratcliff officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of the funeral home.

Miley Polk, infant daughter of Jeremy Carl Polk and Emily Perry was born and passed away Nov. 29, 2010.

She was preceded in death by great grandparents Louis A and Merlean Austin Thornhill and great grandfather Mozell Prince.

Survivors include her parents; her grandparents Debbie and Stan Polk of Ridgecrest, ynda andd Mike Stroud of Bude, Jerry Perry of Ky.; her great-grandparents Charles and Irene Ables of Ridgecrest, Karen Lofton of Natchez, Robert and Mary Polk of Crowville, La., and numerous family and friends.

The pallbearer will be Robert Polk.
