Join Co-Lin for Christmas Tuesday
Published 12:20 am Monday, December 6, 2010
At Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez, we take great pride in the quality of our educational programs and our facilities.
Also, we are honored to provide many services to our communities. Actually, community service is an integral aspect of our mission. Our many clubs have committed to helping non-profit organizations throughout the Miss-Lou. Also, we sponsor a wide variety of events and programs at our college for students and staff as well as our area residents.
A year ago, we invited residents to our Christmas at Co-Lin affair, offering residents a chance to enjoy holiday refreshments, have their children’s photo made with Santa, see our festive decorations, and allow us to wish them a Merry Christmas and thank them for their support of our college.
This year, we are extending that invitation again.
Please come by from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at our W.L. Nelson Multi-Purpose Room in the Redd/Watkins Career and Technical Education Center. There will be signs out for you to follow.
Santa will be here with his Elfish helpers. Our photographer will take a photo of your child with Santa and have the picture ready for you to take home with you. There will be no charge for the photo.
So stop by Tuesday and enjoy our hospitality and learn why Co-Lin is “your” community college.
I would like to wish everyone in the Miss-Lou a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year.
Teresa Busby is vice president of Co-Lin’s Natchez campus.
