Alexander’s staff to offer help locally

VIDALIA — District staff for U.S. Rep. Rodney Alexander will be assisting Fifth Congressional District residents with casework through satellite office hours in January.
Staff members working in district offices can work as a liaison between individuals and federal agencies.
The district offices’ role when assisting constituents with federal agencies is to make inquires to the respective agencies regarding their situation.
The inquiries include things like finding out the status of a case and requesting additional information for a case.
The staff for Alexander will be in Ferriday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Town Hall and in Vidalia from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the City Hall on Jan. 5.
