PERRYTOWN — Services for Francis Granger, 97, of Crosby, who died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Union Baptist Church in Perrytown.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Mrs. Granger was born May 20, 1913, in Wilkinson County, the daughter of Annie Bell Wesco.

She was a member of the Mother Board and Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her mother; her husband, George Granger; one son, Luke Hinton; and one grandson, Monterio Slack.

Survivors include four grandchildren, Willie Hinton, Danny Hinton, Author Hinton and Mable Cook; a loving caregiver and niece, Gloria Andrews; and a number of other relatives and friends.
