TRAVELERS REST, S.C. — Services for Jessica Anne Rogers Council, 30, of Travelers Rest, S.C., who went home to be with Lord Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, will be at 2 p.m. today at The Howze Mortuary Chapel.

Burial will follow at Coleman Memorial Cemetery under the direction of The Howze Mortuary.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Council was born in Natchez, the daughter of Kenneth H. and Kathy Staggs Rogers.

Mrs. Council was a house parent at Miracle Hill Children’s Home.

Survivors include her husband, Clint Travis Council; two children, Aiden McKinley Council and Jessica Adelle Mairead Council; her parents; and one brother, Adam Rogers and wife, Danni, and their three children.
