JACKSON — Services for Hugh Wilton Tedder Jr., 54, of Jackson, who died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, will be at 11 a.m. today at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church in Jackson with the Rev. Geoffrey Joyner officiating.
Burial will follow at Parkway Memorial Cemetery on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland under the direction of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home, downtown Jackson.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Hugh attended Millsaps College and Tulane School of Law. He was a practicing attorney for 30 years. He was employed by the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office as a prosecutor in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Hugh was an active member of Broadmeadow United Methodist Church. He was a devoted husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh W. Tedder Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Laura; two daughters, Camille and Susannah; his mother, Camille Lehmann Tedder; two brothers, Barry and wife, Lisa, and Ralph; one nephew, Cameron; and one niece, Grace.
