Mr. and Mrs. Albert G. Graves of Centreville announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Elizabeth to Chad Anthony Schell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Saitta Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Anthony H. Schell Jr., all of Pearl River, La.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Amite School Center in Liberty and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, where she received a bachelor of science in psychology and a master of education in counseling and personnel services. She is employed by Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge as a counselor for the College of Art and Design.

She is the granddaughter of Bennie and Betty Gorum of Natchez, Gary Guillot Sr. of Greenwell Springs, La., and the late Paul and “Missy” Graves of Newellton, La.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School in Chalmette, La., and a graduate of Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, Calif., where he earned a degree in contemporary percussion performance. He is employed by Crescent Bank and Trust in Baton Rouge.

He is the grandson of Norman and Kathy Ducote and Susie Schell and the late Anthony J. Schell Sr., all of Pearl River.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m., Saturday, July 30, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge. A reception will follow at Lod Cook Alumni Center on the lakes of Louisiana State University.
