WHITE APPLE — Services for Stonewall “Mank” Hines, 73, of Fayette, who died Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Claiborne County Senior Care Home, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Baptist Church in White Apple with the Rev. Michael White officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Hines was the son of Monroe Hines and Winnie Jackson. He was professional blues musician.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Norman Hines of Fresno, Calif.; his mother of Fayette; five children; four sisters; one brother; a number of grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
