BUDE — Services for Claudia Loper Garrison of McCall Creek who died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at noon Saturday at First Baptist Church of Bude.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery in Meadville under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.
Mrs. Garrison was born March 17, 1921, the daughter of Claude Loper and Janie Kennison Loper.
She was a homemaker and loved her cats, Sally and Jack. She enjoyed working with and watching her flowers grow and was a member of First Baptist Church of Bude.
Mrs. Garrison was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Percy O’Neal and John Garrison, husband of 61 years; two sons, George O’Neal and David O’Neal; two sons-in-law, Jason Seale and Mario Mira; one granddaughter, Tiffany O’Neal; one brother, T.J. Ellington; two sisters, Pearl Watson and Kathern Delaney.
Survivors include three daughters, Claris Westbrook and husband, Elton, of McCall Creek, Jackie Kent and husband, Kenneth, of Meadville and Dera Mira of Tampa, Fla.; one daughter-in-law, Ricki O’Neal of Lafayette, La.; two sons, Johnny Garrison of Sulphur, La. and Royce Garrison of Reptor, Ala.; one sister-in-law, Mable Ellington of Wasington; one brother, Charles Loper of Bude; many loving nieces, nephews and friends at Meadville Convalescent Home; 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth O’Neal, Dustin O’Neal, Hunter Thather, David Westbrook, Kalab Garrison, Jacob Garrison, Wayne Delaney and Glenn Westbrook.
