FERRIDAY — Graveside services for Dyon Chyanne Johnson, 15 months, of Las Vegas, formerly of Waterproof, who died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, will be at 11 a.m. today at Ferriday Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Jarrod Bottley officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Dyon was born May 28, 2011, in Natchez, the son of Darren J. Johnson and Jannett Simms.

Survivors include his mother of Las Vegas; his father of Waterproof; one sister, Darnella Johnson of Las Vegas; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Simms of Las Vegas; paternal grandparents, Robert and Chan Bethel; great-grandmothers, Christine Johnson and Louise Bethel; great-great-grandmother, Alice Wiley, all of Waterproof; and a number of aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
