Willie Mozell Brown, 57, 107 Gremillion St., Ferriday, sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections, suspended, and fined $2,121.50 for two counts of possession of marijuana (second offense), simple criminal damage and simple battery.

Nicholas R. Warner, 31, 262 Concordia Park Drive, Vidalia, sentenced to five years in Department of Corrections for aggravated battery and attempted possession of a weapon.

Darius J. Ray, 25, 712 Texas Ave., Ferriday, on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense). Released on $1,550 bond.
