WOODVILLE — Services for Fredrick LaTrell “Trell” Dunbar Jr., 16, of Diberville, who died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, in Ocean Springs, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapel Baptist Church in Woodville.

Burial will follow at Swenny Town Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Frederick was born Oct. 18, 1994, in Baton Rouge, the son of Fredrick LaTrell Dunbar Sr. and Angela Marie Williams Dunbar. He was a junior at D’Iberville High School, a member of JROTC, a member of New Bethel Baptist Church, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Kenneth E. Hollins and served as an usher and was very active in the church’s youth ministry.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Que and Cherry Dunbar and great-grandfather, John Williams.

Survivors include his mother of Baton Rouge; his father and his fiancée, Pheon Chatman, both of D’Iberville; grandparents, James and Ann Williams; great-grandmother, Whiley Mae Williams, all of Baton Rouge; four sisters, Bessica Clark of Woodville, Freshneshia Dunbar, Markeisha Chatman and Ynecia Chatman, all of D’Iberville; three aunts, Teresa Dunbar of Woodville, Sheryl Ward and husband, Kenny, and Sabrina Williams, all of Baton Rouge; three uncles, Que Marshall Dunbar and wife, Demetric, Marvin Parks and wife, Ann, and James T. Williams, all of Baton Rouge; godparents, Alisa Williams and Patrick Pullet; and a number of other relatives and friends.
