WOODVILLE — Services for Marie Orangel Jones Cage, 58, of Woodville, who died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Pentecostal Church of Woodville with the Rev. Frank Washington officiating.
Burial will follow at Cedar Rest Cemetery No. 2 under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Woodville.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Cage was born June 5, 1953, in Natchez, the daughter of Joe C. Jones and Ella Mae Thomas. She was employed by Wilkinson County Department of Human Service as a case manager.
Mrs. Cage was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Woodville and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
She was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Alfredia Jones; and nieces and nephews.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Cage; one daughter, Nickelle Cage Prater and husband, Charles Jr.; one son, Juntavious D. Cage; one granddaughter, Sharina M. Prater; one grandson, Damarcus Cage; one stepson, Randall Cage, all of Woodville; one stepdaughter, Kimberlie Cage of Baton Rouge; five brothers, Johnson Jones, Derek Jones, Johnny Russ, all of Woodville, Donald Jones and Trenty Jones, both of Gary, Ind., and Joe Jones of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Frances Jones of Woodville and Ollie Jones of Jackson; one uncle, William Thoms of St. Louis, Mo.; two aunts; one goddaughter, Laspencia Brown of Woodville; two godsons, Kevin Banks Jr. of North Carolina and Lorenzo Price of Jackson; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be brothers, Charles Prater and Randall Cage.
