Charles K. Anderson Jr., 33, 309 Dumas Drive, on charges of contempt of court for default in payment, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of aggravated domestic violence. No bond set. 

Henry McKewen Jr., 43, 926 Martin Luther King Jr. Road, on charges of contempt of court for default in payment and failure to stop. Bond set at $2,196.
