Mrs. Kenneth Davis of Natchez announce the engagement of her daughter, Alyson Davis to Jarret Bauer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Bauer of Kenner, La.

The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Kenneth Davis of Natchez.

She is a graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, La., and is attending graduate school at North Oaks School of Radiologic Technology in Hammond.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Emrick of Natchez and Mrs. Raymond Davis and the late Raymond Davis of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of St. Martin’s High School in Metairie, La., and a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and Loyola University in New Orleans. He is employed by Allsouth Consulting Engineers in Metairie.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Loupe of Raceland, La., and Mrs. Rudolph Bauer and the late Rudolph Bauer of Lafayette, La.

The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, in Metairie.
