Doug and Shirley Wilson and Eddie Smith, all of Natchez, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Danielle Smith to Dennis Wayne Skinner of Natchez, son of Regina Mathis of Woodville.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez. She is employed by Sturgeon & Sturgeon Law Firm.

She is the granddaughter of Catherine O’Flynn Lewis and the late J.P. Lewis of Oak Grove, La., and Betty Smith and the late Harold Smith of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian School in Woodville.

He is the grandson of Dennis “Sonny” and Carolyn Sanders of Woodville.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at Kingston Methodist Church in Natchez with the Rev. David A. Smith officiating. A reception will follow at Kingston Community Center in Natchez. The couple will live in Natchez.
