NATCHEZ — Services for David Daniel Davis, 51, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, were Saturday at Highland Baptist Church with the Minister Paul Southerland officiating. Burial followed at the Davis Family Cemetery in Knoxville.

Davis was born Nov. 15, 1959, in Natchez, the son of Albert J. Sr. and Willie Lee Russell Davis.

He was preceded in his death by his parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Tasha Felter and husband, Marvin, and Dana Cater and husband, David, all of Natchez; three brothers, Willie C. Bryant and wife, Sandra, and Albert J. Davis Jr. and wife, Glinda, all of Natchez, and Jim Davis and wife, Joni of Brandon; one sister, Ruby Pool of Eros; nine grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relative and friends.

Pallbearers were Marvin Felter, David Cater, Larry Barnes, Donny Davis, J.R. Williams, Adolph Wagoner III, Donald Butler Jr. and Van Bunch.

Honorary pallbearers were Robbie Campbell and John Davis.
