NATCHEZ — Services for Patrick Wayne “Sully” Sullivan, 42, of Moline, Ill., formerly of Natchez, who died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Mr. Sullivan was born Jan. 20, 1969, in Adams County, the son of Frank and Teretha Williams Sullivan. He was retired from the military after serving his country for 20 years.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Seymour Sullivan and Louis Leon Sullivan.

Survivors include a loving and devoted wife, Debra James Sullivan; one daughter, T’Keyah Cook-Sullivan; one son, De’Shawn James; his parents; two sisters, Augustine Floyd and husband, Thomas, and Christine Green and husband, Lamar; four brothers, Charles Sullivan and wife, Patricia, Issac Sullivan and wife, Martha, Ed Sullivan and John Sullivan and wife, Marcellus; parents-in-law, Jeanette Modeste and husband, Winston, and Wilbert Noel and wife, Hildred; four in-laws, Delores Sullivan, Geniel Modeste, Kevan Modeste, Keron Modeste and Terrence DeLisle; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends whom he loved dearly.
