FERRIDAY — Services for Lisa Weaver Adams, 53, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, in Vidalia, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Kenn Gordon officiating.
Burial will follow at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, La., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Ms. Adams was born Feb. 14, 1958, in Jonesville, the daughter of Noble and LaVergne Weaver. She was employed as a home health care provider.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Vickie Weaver Smith.
Survivors include two daughters, Clare Gamble of Pearl and Sarah Bree Ann Sims and husband, Brad, of El Paso, Texas; one sister, Sandra Weaver Phillips of Shreveport, La.; three grandsons, Keyon Gamble, D.J. Gamble and Riley Sims; one granddaughter, Destiny Gamble; and specials friends, Jimmy Ingram, Montez Ingram and family.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ingram, Joey Cox, Jimmy Ingram Jr., Dan Ingram, James Crocker and John R. Ingram.
