Adams County Justice Court Cases
Week of Nov. 4-9:
Stella Williams guilty of false pretense. Sentenced to 10 days jail time suspended.
Tyrone Shelton charged with two counts of grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Willis Ivory guilty of trespassing less than larceny. Credit given for time served.
Jermon Green guilty of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Fine set at $100 plus court costs.
Timothy Sylvester charged with burglary of a commercial building and grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
J.C. Thomas Jr. charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Brian Jerald Johnson charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Keundra Washington guilty of aiding and abetting an escape. Sentenced to six months jail time suspended and two years probation.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases
Friday, Nov. 4:
Kiara K. Brown, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464. Brown also pleaded guilty to failure to obey an audible siren. Fine set at $150.
Loletha Jackson/Moore, 41, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
Lois Shaw, 49, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Total fine set at $388.03.
Rineshia Rishay Thomas, 19, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294. Restitution set at $3,011 – to pay a minimum of $1,700.
Monday, Nov. 7:
Jakeisha Hawkins, 28, found guilty of possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $539.
Semon Sade Stewart, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 2nd offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 57 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days. To serve seven days in jail. Fine set at $544.
Robert J. Ware, 51, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $419.
Tuesday, Nov. 8:
Michael W. Jones, 43, pleaded guilty to four counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Total fine set at $1,746.53.
William Lanery, 46, pleaded guilty to three counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior to run concurrently. Total fines set at $1,175.42.
Vantrell Laron Jenkins, 24, charged with robbery with enhanced. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $90,000.
Venisha Noble, 22, charged with accessory after the fact to murder. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing. Out on $65,000 bond.
Wednesday, Nov. 9:
Jahdai Davis, 18, charged with simple assault. Case remanded to files. Court cost set at $125.
Devon Green, 24, charged with simple assault. Case remanded to files. Court cost set at $125.
Frank James Polk Jr., 31, charged wit simple assault. Case remanded to files. Court cost set at $125. Toserve five days to satisfied costs.
Kendrick Odell Shelvy, 34, charged with public drunkenness. Case remanded to files at request of officer.
Larry Thomas, 18, charged with simple assault. Case remanded to files. Court cost set at $125. To serve five days to satisfied costs.
Victoria Delphine Carr/Jones, 29, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.
Marquise Reed, 27, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.
Jermaine Albert pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for one day served. Fine set at $494.
