NATCHEZ — Services for Marian Bernice Williams Stallone, 86, of Natchez, who died Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. today at Assumption Catholic Church with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the church.
Mrs. Stallone was born June 4, 1925, in Irene, La., the daughter of Vernon Paul Williams and Genevieve Remondet Williams. She was a homemaker and an active member of Assumption Catholic Church. She was also an active member of the Lady’s Alter Society until her illness.
Mrs. Stallone was preceded in death by her husband, Premo J. Stallone Jr.; her parents; and one sister, Evelyn Williams Rodriguez.
Survivors include three children, Cynthia A. Dollar and husband, Dick, Adrian Stallone and wife, Gail, all of Natchez, and Janet S. Cody and husband, Butch, of San Angelo, Texas; nine grandchildren, Denise Dollar, Natalie Dollar and husband, Dan Becraft, Paige Iseminger and husband, Barry, Adrian Stallone Jr. and wife, Jamie, Amy Peters and husband, Ryan, Premo Jody Stallone III, Justin Stallone Jones, Yancy Cody and Wacey Cody; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Adrian Stallone Jr., Jody Stallone, Stallone Jones, Yancy Cody, Wacey Cody and Barry Iseminger.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Assumption Catholic Church or a charity of choice.
