NATCHEZ — Services for Sarah Frances Zuccaro, 21, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace United Methodist Church with the Rev. Darian Duckworth officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.

Sarah was born March 12, 1990, in Natchez, the daughter of Charles Kaiser Zuccaro and Catherine Suzanne Fitzpatrick Zuccaro. She was a 2008 graduate of Cathedral High School where she was a varsity cheerleader. She also played soccer and participated in the Historic Natchez Pageant. She loved children and her animals, Bailey, Brock, Gabi and Roxy.

Sarah was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Earline Wilson Fitzpatrick and paternal grandmother, Nell Kaiser Zuccaro.

Survivors include her mother, Cathy Fitzpatrick; her father and stepmother, Charles Kaiser Zuccaro and Jo Lynn Zuccaro; one brother, Charles Richard Zuccaro; two stepbrothers, Will Whitehead and Jacob Whitehead; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Harvey Fitzpatrick; paternal grandfather, A.E. “Bubber” Zuccaro, all of Natchez; nine aunts and uncles, Cliff Fitzpatrick of Savannah, Ga., Edward and Suzanne Zuccaro, Louise and Wayne Finley, Bill Zuccaro, Paul Zuccaro, Allison and Jay Godfrey, all of Natchez; one great-uncle, Charles Gordon Fitzpatrick of Shreveport, La.; two great-aunts and uncle, Betty Wilson Koeber of Greenback, Tenn., and Mr. and Mrs. Ben R. Burney of Crystal Springs; a number of cousins, Jason Rushing, Dru Godfrey, and Nell Godfrey, all of Natchez, Christopher and Jamie Zuccaro and their daughter, Abigale, all of Bowling Green, Ohio, Amy and Ashley Cox and their children, Kolby and Will Cox, all of Madison, Clara Suzanne Fitzpatrick Chapman and husband, Jonathan, and their daughter, Kinsley, and Kristin Fitzpatrick Schapley and husband, Aaron, and their daughter, Addison, all of Tennessee.

Pallbearers will be Richard Zuccaro, Rodney Daggett, Jason Rushing, Charles Powers, Braxton Gray and Weston Watts.

Memorials may be made to the Natchez-Adams Humane Society, the American Heart Association or to any children’s charity of choice.
