NATCHEZ — Memorial services for William A. “Sandy” Fowlkes IV, 65, of Natchez, who died Dec. 20, 2011, at his residence, will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at The Elms Court, home of Ann MacNeil, 542 John R. Junkin Drive, with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.
