ST. JOSEPH, La. — The Tensas Academy boys’ basketball team struggled to find offense Monday night against Central Hinds Academy.

Defense kept the Chiefs in the game and despite only scoring 16 points through three quarters they only trailed by nine points going into the final period. But Tensas was unable to mount a fourth-quarter comeback and fell 40-28 at home.

Tensas Academy ended the contest with two scorers in double figures. Blaine Fletcher had 11 points and Rush Capdepon finished with 10 points, but the two were unable to get help from their supporting cast to keep up with Central Hinds.
