Inmate spotted in Arkansas in Accord

JACKSON — The man who escaped from the custody of the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility while attending his father’s funeral wake last week has reportedly been spotted in Arkansas.

The man is believed to be traveling with a woman in a black Honda Accord.

The Mississippi Department of Corrections released details and a photo of the vehicle Monday, asking anyone who sees the vehicle to notify authorities.

Johnny Hall Jr. escaped officers’ custody Friday in Picayune.

The 2007 Honda Accord has an Auburn University tag # 959AU, and also has a large “AU” sticker on the bottom right corner of the rear windshield.

Authorities have identified the female suspect as Mary Virginia “Jenna” Rhea. Rhea is a white female who is 5-feet-6-inches tall and weight between 190 and 200 pounds.

She has dark hair and blue eyes and is a hair dresser so she may change her hair color frequently.

Authorities are searching for Hall, a 30-year-old white male with brown eyes and black hair who weighs 175 pounds.

Hall is serving a 17-year sentence for three convictions of burglary from Pearl River County.

Hall was wearing a white T-shirt and jeans the last time he was seen.
