AYA coaches give so much to children

As another season of AYA winds down it hits me that my daughter will never play AYA again!
Iām not sure I am ready for this, when did this happen? I guess maybe all of those Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. and hectic school nights passed faster than I thought. I am really writing this for another reason though, the coaches.
To all of the coaches who have spent more time with our kids than your own, had to eat fast food instead of the home-cooked meal and given up your Saturdays I say thank you so very much!
AYA is where our children get the fundamentals of sports to continue athletics in their middle school and high school years. We all know how important sports are and without these volunteers your child might never have the opportunity to participate in them.
I just have one special thank you to say, Michelle Kaiser thank you so much for the countless hours of basketball and cheerleading hours you have spent with my child. But most of all thank you for teaching and caring about her, while you do it. You are an amazing coach, and I am sure the girls will never forget the time you spent with them.
