WINNSBORO, La. — Services for J.R. Shipley, 76, a bail bondsman of Winnsboro, who died Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Rapides Regional Medical Center, will be at 3 p.m. today at Young’s Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Burial will follow at Ogden Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Community Memorial Funeral Home.
