FERRIDAY — Services for Gracie Jenkins, 90, of Ferriday, who died Monday, May 7, 2012, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Danny Lewis officiating.

Burial will follow at New Mount Olive Church Cemetery in Jonesville under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jenkins was born July 23, 1921, in Jonesville, the daughter of Pierce and Stevana Bell Spillers.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Jenkins of Ferriday and Mark Spillers and wife, Shirley, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one daughter, Janet Tyler of Natchez; seven brothers; five sisters; 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
