NATCHEZ — Services for Roosevelt T. Johnson, 72, of Natchez, who died Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at New Hope The Vision Center.

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mr. Johnson was born Sept. 25, 1939, in Summit, the son of Leon Johnson Sr. and Exlenie Wilson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mattie McKnight, Ida Ward and Eula Scott; and two brothers, Leon Johnson and Phillip Lee Johnson.

Survivors include a loving devoted wife, Andrea Johnson; four children, Kenneth Johnson and wife, Linda, of Harlem, Ga., Deidre Johnson and husband, Michael, Kelvin Johnson and Brian Johnson, all of Natchez; two adopted children, Ebonee Johnson and Michael Johnson, both of Natchez; two sisters, Gwen Watson of Natchez and Rosemary Freeman of Senatobia; two brothers, Edward Johnson and Eugene Bruce, both of Natchez; four grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
