ROXIE — Graveside services for Marion Leon Woodyear, 70, of Roxie, who died Wednesday, June 8, 2012, at his residence, will be at 3 p.m. today at Roxie Cemetery with the Rev. Jack West officiating under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home of Meadville.

Woodyear was born December 22, 1941, in Roxie, the son of Marion James Woodyear and Norine Isadora Seab Woodyear.

Woodyear was the owner and operator of Woodyear’s Chainsaw Shop of Roxie and was of the Church of Christ faith.

Woodyear was preceded in death by his parents and a great-great nephew, Eric Kelley.

Survivors include one brother, Lionel Woodyear and his wife, Cynthia, of Roxie; one sister, Mary Esther Shelley and husband, Paul Sr., of Roxie and a number of nieces and nephews.
