Arrests —Wednesday

Frank J. Washington, 21, 294 W. Stiers Lane, on charges of four counts of burglary and one count of possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.

James A. Payne, 50, 420 Church Hill Road, on charges of three counts of contempt of court for default in payment. Bond set at $1,602.

Herman L. Washington, 26, 2959 Cannonsburg Road, on charges of receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended/revoked license and no proof of insurance. Released on $1,740 bond.

Kameshia G. Minor, 22, 311 Gaylor Ave., on charge of motor vehicle violation. Bond set at $370.
