Alyson Davis and Jarret Bauer, both of New Orleans, were married Nov. 5, 2011, in Metairie, La., with Justice of Peace Albert Loupe, the groom’s grandfather, officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mrs. Kenneth Davis and the late Kenneth Davis of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Bauer of Kenner, La.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother-in-law, Wade Weidman. She wore a silk strapless gown with pearl and crystal overlay. The chiffon veil was edged in crystals. The bride wore pearls given to her mother by her father on their wedding day. She also carried a traditional handkerchief belonging to her maternal grandmother.

Dara Weidman, sister of the bride, of Baton Rouge was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Joan Gatlin of New Orleans, Crystal Bonura and Madi Bonura, both of Metairie. They wore full-length halter-style lavender chiffon gowns.

Catherine Bonura of Metairie was flower girl.

Tim Bonura of Metairie was best man. Groomsmen were Sam Gatlin of New Orleans, Mick Contreras of Mandeville, La., and Cole Weidman of Baton Rouge.

Cullin Weidman of Baton Rouge was ring bearer.

The couple lives in New Orleans.
