WOODVILLE — A Woodville man was killed early Tuesday in a one-vehicle accident on Mississippi 24.

Eric T. Trask, 41, 773 F St., was driving west on the highway when he drove off the roadway and overturned, a Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman said.

He was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe and was not wearing a seat belt.

The jaws of life were used to remove him from the vehicle.

Troopers responded to the accident at 5 a.m. approximately 5 miles west of Woodville.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
