HELENA, Mont. — Memorial services for Adrienne Warren May, 39, of Helena, Mont., who died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brave 10 month battle with cancer, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church of Helena.

A memorial service will also be held Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Natchez.

Adrienne was born Jan. 21, 1973, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of John and Kay Warren. She was a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and a 1995 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of arts in elementary education. She was a member of Delta Gamma sorority.

Adrienne taught school in Horn Lake before earning a bachelor of science in physical therapy from the University of Mississippi in 2000.

She married Kendall May on June 30, 2001, in Seeley Lake, Mont. They had two daughters, Chandler, 6 and Jillian, 2.

Over the last 12 years, Adrienne worked as a physical therapist in Ennis, Great Falls and Helena, bringing joy and great comfort to all of her patients with her warm smile and witty sense of humor. She was most recently employed by Frontier Home Health and Hospice in Helena.

Adrienne loved musicals, reading and outdoor activities with her family. She was active in the First Presbyterian Church and choir.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Tena Warren and her grandfathers, Arlie Warren and Pete Slover.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters; her parents; all of Helena; one sister, Kim Ellis and husband, Mike, of Helena; one brother, Pete Warren and wife, Melissa, of Coppell, Texas; grandmother, Frances Slover of Natchez; three aunts, Jeannie Slover and Mary Jo McNerney and husband, Steve, all of Natchez, and Joan Gandy of Erwin, Tenn.; two uncles, Chandler Warren of Los Angeles and Alan Warren and wife, Nan, of Bossier City, La.; father and mother-in-law, Cinclair and Kay May of Bozeman; brother-in-law, Allen May and wife, Dana, of Bozeman; and her loving nieces and nephews, Sumner, Brady and Riley Warren, Emily and Maddie Ellis, and Grace, Clair and Sophie May.
