BROOKHAVEN — Services for Doskie June Boyte Brister, 75, of Ocean Springs, who died Thursday, May 16, 2013, in D’Iberville, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel in Brookhaven.

Burial will follow in Union Baptist Church Cemetery under the director of Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brister was born May 27, 1937, the daughter of Ruie Lamar Boyte and Dollie White Boyte.

She was a member of a nursing home administrative staff and of First Baptist Church of Biloxi.

Mrs. Brister was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Dawn Brister Jones and husband, Wess, and Donna Brister Walker and husband, Steve; grandchildren Karon Jones, Kristen Walker and David Walker; brother Carloa Boyte and wife, Margaret; sister Brenda Boyte; sister-in-law Helen Boyte; the father of her children, Von Brister; caregivers, Tom and Carol Thompson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
