NATCHEZ — Services for Ramona Wilkins, 54, of Natchez, who died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at New Hope Vision Center with the Rev. Stanley Searcy officiating.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Ms. Wilkins was born Jan. 28, 1959, in Natchez, the daughter of Elisha Wilkins and Vera Stevenson Wilkins.

She was preceded in death by her father; one sister, Carol Watson; and companion, James Luster.

Survivors include one daughter, Lyvonne “Flossie” Dixon and husband, Robert, of Terry; one grandson, Kobe Dixon; her mother; siblings, Elisha “Butch” Wilkins, Mary Lee Johnson and husband, William Cleve, Joseph Wilkins, Juanita Gooden and husband, Ernest, Bonnie Bond McCoy, all of Natchez, Gwen Barnes of Van Cleve, Merelyn Price of Oklahoma, Juan Wilkins, Sheila Terrell and husband, Henry, all of San Antonio, Texas, and Ronald Wilkins of Alexandria, Va; one aunt, Leona Bradley of Natchez; and one brother-in-law, Edward Watson of DIberville; a special niece, Tiffany Bonds Caver; and a number of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a number of friends.
