Mr. and Mrs. William T. Covert of Collinsville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacy Covert, to Jack Aubic, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Aubic of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of West Lauderdale High in Collinsville and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She is employed by TherEx Contract Group in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Clay and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Rodgers of Meridian and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert F. Covert of Meridian.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Cathedral School in Natchez and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is also employed by TherEx Contract Group.

He is the grandson of Betty Smith and the late Harold Smith of Natchez and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack Aubic of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Oct. 5, at the Gazebo on the bluff in Natchez. A reception will follow at The Natchez Grand Hotel.
