Charles L. Hamilton has his probation revoked in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court for violating terms and conditions of his probation: rule numbered three — regularly report to his probation officer as ordered; rule numbered 10 — not violate any laws of the United States or any state thereof; rule numbered 15 — pay monthly reporting and supervision fees as authorized by the laws of the State of Mississippi; pay all court costs and prosecution fee within 90 days. Defendant is sentenced to serve the remaining balance of his sentence in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. If all court costs, prosecution fee in the amount of $200 and restitution in the total amount of $390 in cause numbered 13KR0073S is not paid before the expiration of his sentence, the defendant shall be remanded to the MDOC Restitution Center until all court costs, prosecution fees and restitution is paid in full.
