Charles L. Hamilton has his probation revoked in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court for violating terms and conditions of his probation: rule numbered three — regularly report to his probation officer as ordered; rule numbered 10 — not violate any laws of the United States or any state thereof; rule numbered 15 — pay monthly reporting and supervision fees as authorized by the laws of the State of Mississippi; pay all court costs and prosecution fee within 90 days. Defendant is sentenced to serve the remaining balance of his sentence in the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
