NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Candice Maria Burchfield Seymour, 37, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. today at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Harrigill officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Ms. Seymour was born Jan. 3, 1976, in Natchez, the daughter of Luther Wade Burchfield and Elizabeth Thames Burchfield.

She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Irene Burchfield; grandparents, Pauline Thames and Pat Adrian Thames and two uncles, Jerry Thames and Eugene Thames.

Survivors include her husband Doyle G. Seymour; one son Damian Luther Seymour and her mother all of Natchez; one sister, Amanda Merritt and husband, Brian, of Ruth, Miss.; two brothers, Chester Burchfield and wife, Kimmie, of Natchez and Vincent Burchfield and wife, Tiffanie, of Washington; paternal grandfather, J.W. Burchfield; nephew, Colby Merritt; niece, Mayson Merritt; aunt, Cynthia Hall and husband, John, of Winnabow, NC.; two uncles, Ricky Burchfield and wife, Jenny, of Alvin, Texas and Larry Burchfield and wife, Carolyn, of Natchez; cousins, Chasity Skates and husband, Jered, Kristie Cole and husband, Richard, Boo Burchfield and wife, Kristi, Wade Burchfield, Kyle Burchfield, Patrick Burchfield and Melissa Burchfield Hughes.

Pallbearers will be John Hall, Ricky Burchfield, Boo Burchfield, Jimmy Mullins, Alan Burchfield and James Burchfield.
