NATCHEZ — Funeral services for Eugene Hayes, 59, of Roxie, who died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be noon today at Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Howington and Jeremy Howington officiating.

Burial will follow in a private cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. Hayes was born July 12, 1954, in Vicksburg, the son of Frank George Hayes and Mary Lou Lovette Hayes.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Debra Sue Hayes.

Survivors include one son, David Eugene Hayes and wife, Ruthie; two daughters, Melinda Hayes Ray and Wendy Darlene Hayes; seven brothers, Junior Hayes, Eddie Hayes, Leon Hayes, Roger Hayes, Robert Hayes, Bill Hayes and John Hayes; four sisters, Holly May Kuhn, Mary Alice Whooten, Mary Margaret Dobbs and Jearldean Hayes; 13 grandchildren, Brandon, Searcy, Ashley, Dylon, Kaland, Seth, Dustin, Austin, Mistin, Kristin, Evelyn, Melvin and Emily; and two great grandchildren, Maleigh and Emleigh.
