VIDALIA — Services for Mitchell Williams, 22, of Vidalia, who died Thursday, March 20, 2014, in Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephens Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in Vidalia City Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. today at the funeral home with a Celebration of Life Wake Service following at 6 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Williams was born June 17, 1991, in Pineville, the son of Samuel Williams and Lillian Joyce Williams.

He attended Vidalia High School. He was employed as a clerk at Mobil Service Station. He was a Baptist and affiliated with Kingdom Living Ministries.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his mother; maternal grandmother, Gloria Hardin; and paternal grandmother, Gladys Williams.

Survivors include his father; one brother, Samuel Williams Jr.; two sisters, Estara Anderson and Kathy Thomas; six uncles, Charles Mitchell, Willie Williams, Leroy Williams, Billy Williams, Mack Williams and Moses Williams; five aunts, Sharon Hooper, Bobbie Rae Morales, Rosie Williams, Sarah Thomas and Gail Anderson; two great aunts, Martha Burton and Willie Ruth Mitchell; and a number of other relatives and friends.
