Ms. Nancy Hungerford of Natchez announces the engagement of her daughter, Caroline Park Hungerford to Mark Gregory Iles, son of Mrs. Jerry Iles and the late Dr. Jerry Iles of Natchez.

She is also the daughter of the late Mr. Peter Hungerford of Burlington, N.C.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is employed by Hero’s Journey Media Corp. and Perfect Fit in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Park of Clemson, S.C., and Mr. Homer Hungerford of Anderson, S.C., and the late Mrs. Molly Hungerford Mott of Boston.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and the University of Mississippi in Oxford. He is self-employed.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Percy Iles of Natchez and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thornhill of Crowville, La.

The wedding will be Oct. 4, 2014, in Natchez.
