LORMAN — Services for Jackie Louisa Short Owens Reynolds, 43, of Fayette, who died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, in Jefferson County, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Kemp Burley Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Poplar Hill African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Reynolds was born April 27, 1971, in Natchez, the daughter of James Louis Short and Shirley Ann Patterson Green.

She was preceded in death by her father; her first husband, Terry Owens; grandparents, Roosevelt and Zadie Patterson; and one niece, Kiara Latroya Short.

Survivors include her husband, David Reynolds; one daughter, Makayla Williams; her mother; four sisters, Angela Short, Shaerrecca Short, Antionette Green and Kishua Ellis; four brothers, Edgar Javon Green, Marvenius Patterson Sr., Timothy Louis Murry and Marvin Malone; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
