NATCHEZ — Services for Rosie Lee “Doll” Perry, 93, of Natchez, who died Friday, March 6, 2015, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Sibley with the Rev. James Brooks Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Perry was born Aug. 26, 1921, in Sibley, the daughter of Henderson “Buck” Williams and Beatrice Williams.

She attended the Adams County public schools and was a homemaker.

She was a member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church and served as a deaconess. She was also a member of the Universal Home Support Society.

Mrs. Perry enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Perry Sr.; an infant son, Clarence Perry; seven sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Green and husband, Gregory, Bertha Lyles and Shirley Jackson and husband, Henry, all of Natchez; four sons, James Perry Jr. and wife, Claudette, Nathaniel Perry, Joseph Perry and wife, Linda, and Theodore Perry and companion, Sylvia, all of Natchez; 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Marie Rumbles of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister-in-law, Gladys Williams of New Orleans; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
