NATCHEZ — Services for Ann Ray, 99, of Natchez, who died Monday, May 18, 2015, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. B.L. Calcote officiating.
Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be at 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ray was born June 20, 1915, in Warren County, the daughter of George Christopher Edleston and Betty Elizabeth Hearn Edleston.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Ray was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willard Ray; two daughters, Kayle Campbell and Margaret “Tinnie” Latham; five sisters, Leona, Katie, Pete, Alline and Irene; two brothers, Charlie and Jodie; and two grandchildren.
Survivors include five children, Edna Robertson and husband, Ferrell, of Jackson, Tenn., Roscoe B. Moore of Grenada, Betty Hatcher of Greenville, Margie Rollins of Natchez and Bruce Ford and wife, Arlene, of Palmer, Texas; 21 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Jackson, Rusty Eisworth, Randall Lee Harvey, Billy Wayne Moore, Terry Lee Harvey and Curtis Harvey.
