NATCHEZ — Services for Elenda Faye Foley-Chambliss, 46, of Port Gibson, who died Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, La., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope “The Vision Center” Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Burial will follow at the Saints United Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Roxie under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home in Natchez and at 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Chambliss was born Nov. 18, 1968, in Natchez, the daughter of Purvis Foley Sr. and Mary Ellen Nelson Foley.

She was a member of the Southside Rydaz Motorcycle Club and Pine Grove Christian Church in Port Gibson.

Mrs. Chambliss was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Mary Watkins; one niece, Sylvia Foley; and two nephews, Timothy Briggs and Cedrick Briggs.

Survivors include her husband, Steven D. Chambliss; three sons, Terrance Anderson, Kenyon Anderson and Clay Wright; one granddaughter, Kalia Anderson; two sisters, Maxine Briggs and husband, Willie, and Pearl Dennis and husband, James; five brothers, Robert Foley, Purvis Foley Jr. and wife, Shirley, Lawrence Foley and wife, Etta, Ledell Foley and wife, Maggie, and Eddie Foley and wife, Diane; mother-in-law, Sarah G. Chambliss; father-in-law, the Rev. A.C. Chambliss and wife, Juanita; six stepchildren, Sharon Berry, Rolanda Thompson, Christopher Chambliss and wife, Ivory, Brittany Berry, Tyler Reed and Deandria Darden; two sisters-in-law, Vanessa Thomas and husband, Elroy, and Jennifer Johnson and husband, Edward; one brother-in-law, Kenneth Furdge and wife, Billie; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
