FAYETTE — Services for Terry Mitchell Shepherd Sr., 46, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 23, 2015, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hollywood Baptist Church in Fayette with the Rev. Dr. J.L. Hammitte officiating.

Burial will follow at the Egypt Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Shepherd was born Dec. 21, 1968, in Natchez, the son of Harry Shepherd Jr. and Lowraine Shepherd Davis.

He attended Alcorn State University and was a scaffold builder. He enjoyed racing, fishing and hunting.

Mr. Shepherd was Methodist.

He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Harry Shepherd Sr. and Katie Shepherd, Charlie and Johnnie Rose Johnson; and one aunt, Catherine Mukes.

Survivors include his loving wife, Alisha Shepherd and three children, Autumn, Ian and Terry Shepherd Jr.
