The Rev. and Mrs. Robert L. Drake of Hattiesburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Coretta Drake to Kevin Collins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Brown of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hattiesburg High School and a graduate of Alcorn State University in Lorman. She is employed by the City of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William T. McNair of Petal and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Drake Sr. of Hattiesburg.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and a graduate of Alcorn State University in Lorman. He is employed by Alcorn State University.

He is the grandson of the late Elijah Saul and the late Rose Brown, both of Vidalia, the late Willie and Mary Stewart and the late Charles Brown, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 4, 2015, at Word of Faith Ambassadors Worship Center in Natchez.

A reception will follow at the Vidalia Convention Center.
